Notice for all Gun Control FREAKS

This is directed towards Barrack Obama, Hillary Clinton and the rest of you Second Amendment abolisher supporters no matter what political affiliation to which you claim to adhere. Why did our Founders place such importance on our right to keep and bear arms? First amendment rights cannot be guaranteed without it. The Revolution, as we know it, could not have taken place without private ownership of firearms. This right was not allowed in Europe for the common man. Only the aristocrats and nobility were accorded such gun ownership. Just in case you forgot what the exact wording of the amendment, I will re-publish it here in its entirety, to wit:

Amendment II.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

That's it folks. I guess I missed the part about it pertaining ONLY to hunting. The "Militia" was NOT the armed forces. Nor was it the National Guard (which did not even exist back then and since our current armed forces have been so brutally reduced in size by the same politicians who now want to disarm US citizens, has been used to augment the armed forces to the nth degree). Just in case you are one of those who say this amendment was only meant for hunting or military, how about these from our founding fathers?

Now let's get back to our Fraud-in-chief's attack on the Second Amendment. Of course he is not alone. All the Progressive A-Holes as Killary Clinton, Harry "The Rat" Reid, Chuck "The Weasel" Schumer, Nancy "The Queen" Pelosi, Lizzie "Pocahontas" Warren Barbara "The Armed" Boxer et all back our so called Commander-in-Chief.  One thing all of this Scum have in common:  Armed Secret Service protection. How about removing that protection before we discuss dis-arming the American Citizen? How about retrieving all the guns (especially those pesky Fully automatic firearms) sent to Mexico by Fast & Furious before any talk of more Gun Laws. How about telling DHS director, Jeh Johnson, to do the job his department was created to do instead of kissing Obama's Socialistic ASS? What was that you say? To foster cooperation between Federal agencies. The FBI should have told DHS about the Mateen issue and they in turn should have notified the ATF to block all gun purchases by this demon. Forget this crap about the no fly list, this would have been easier and cleaner. Of course Jerk-O Obama has made sure none of our Government agencies work properly. Which is NOT  incompetence but by plan. Everything he's done has been to make us unsafe as possible. He wants gun killings to occur so he can keep hammering on gun control. Remember, as one of his closest advisors and friend Bill "The Weatherman Killer" Ayers was quoted by the FBI as saying 25 million American who could NOT be indoctrinated would be eliminated. This is the same "The ends justify the means"  philosophy which Obama follows. Two more points and then I'll I'll wrap up this rant...

1. Apparently, none of these ignoramuses have considered the fact that some of the toughest gun laws in the world exist in France and Belgium but these laws did NOT protect these countries from Radical Islam Terrorist shootings.
2. I didn't know that guns were causing Climate Change. They must be or Obama wouldn't be so fixated on guns and rather would be fixated on Climate Change prevention since his assertion that this is the greatest danger we face.

President Still Doesn't Get It

It sickens me to hear Barack Obama claim he is only following Military Protocol of not leaving anyone behind and offers no apologies for his swap of five Taliban Gitmo Detainees for Sgt Bowe Bergdahl. Why does it sicken me? Because he left four Americans behind to die in Libya that's why.

 We keep getting Arrogance from this Administration that wants us to believe they know more than soldiers in his Platoon...That's why. According to Allen West, a vet and former congressman I have much admiration for, we treat our captured enemies better than our Vets...That's why.  Because I can't get rid of anything I might tweet...EVER and yet Robert Bergdahl, Bowe's father, has a disturbing tweet erased from his file...That's why; enough of the lies and distortions from this administration. Obama planned to close Guantanamo Bay at ANY cost. 

Since I am a conspiracy theorist, I will close with the following suggestion for anyone reading this post.There have been proposed explanations for this SWAP and both are probably true. First there was an attempt to free prisoners that the Obama Administration was going to free anyway and the second was they decided it wouldn't look so bad if they wrapped it around the rescue of a captured US Soldier. 

Mine is that Emir Oblahblah is flexing his muscles; defying the laws of our Constitutional Republic

and pushing the American People towards a shooting revolution. If no revolution is generated he will own a pathway towards declaring himself Emperor or indeed Emir at the worst and at best our government will be replaced by a Marxist Islamic Socialistic Nation. By watching the military, police and sheriff's reactions to a revolution against him, he will be able to use his "Private Civilian Army" to enforce his will and weed out any opposition. The result will be the same; our Constitutional Republic will be a dream of the past.

PS - I Just discovered, in the latest reporting on Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, that not only did he leave his post at least once [or maybe twice] before this incident, he converted to Islam while in captivity.

 

This is disturbing

OK, first Kudos to the Onama Administration for finally getting Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl freed from the Taliban. That being said this swap from Guantánamo Bay seems to have raised more questions than it answered:

• Did President Obama break the law concerning Transfers from Guantánamo Bay?

• Was this Swap indicative of negotiating with terrorists?

• Did the 5 Taliban prisoners have to be the most dangerous? 

• Was the Prisoner Swap politically Motivated?

• Was this Swap a promise kept or a morale hazard?

• Did Pfc. Bergdahl desert from his unit?   

[Did CBS delete his emails from two years ago? Or did they just realize they wanted to forget to make Obama look good?]

Since the Obama Administration worked so hard to recover a captive Soldier, why is the Marine held by the Mexican  government totally ignored? His release should be a no-brainer as one of my followers said in twitter: "We could offer Mexico millions of Illegals for the return of Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi!" We would still have millions left for the next Mexican outrage.



     
      

I'm Madder than Hell

The VA "Scandal" is, to me, the latest and most infuriating scandal to date that the Oblahblah Administration has perpetuated on the American people. I even rank it above Benghazi because it not only killed more Americans but it killed the finest and bravest of us all, our Military Veterans. People who had been marginalized by Homeland Security when listing them as potential "Terrorists to monitor", which was a seemingly forgotten scandal of it's own.

Now we are to believe that once again President Oblahblah discovered this VA scandal by reading about it in the newspaper. WTF? How many times is this going to happen or did he ignore his Transition team's warning from the Bush Administration that the VA's "Books Were Being Cooked" or is everyone in his administration too ignorant or incompetent to equate that term with having two waiting lists? Might sound reasonable at first until you consider the phrase was first applied to companies that had TWO sets of books. Oh , wait...Maybe his Finance Manager should pay the cable bill so our Potus could watch ANY of the news channels. After all even his go to channel MSNBC had news on the VA problem.

How are we to believe our president when he says that those responsible will be held accountable IF the allegations are true? Twenty-six states reporting the same problem and the investigation is not over...Oh yeah and according to the President he is "Madder than Hell" about the whole VA scandal. Of course we've heard that line before as this video montage demonstrates , So I am "Madder than Hell" that the same results will be achieved as were garnered from the other "Phony" scandals under this administration...Fast and Furious; Benghazi; IRS; ObamaScare Roll-Out Screen; Secret Service agents with Prostitutes in Columbia; etc. To get more details click on this link   

And if all this impotent verbiage is not bad enough [the reason I refer to this President as Oblahblah] my next rant will demonstrate why my address and name for this Potus is Emir Oblahblah.  Why does the country seem to be persecuting Christians? Well, I guess Oblablah was correct when he stated that we were no longer a Christan country, but I am lost when he talks about our country's rich Muslim
 history. Of course I do know that if it weren't for the Barbary Pirates we would be missing the second verse of the Marine Corps Hymn. What really gets my goat is the preferential treat Islam gets compared to Christianity or any other religion for that matter. 

While Christian public prayers are prohibited in schools, prayer rooms for Muslims are provided. You can say whatever you want about Christians, we do have the first amendment, but if you slur Muhammad's name you are an Islamaphobe with a short lifelspan. Are Muslims concerned over our loss at ground zero on 9/11? No...They don't want the mention of Muslim involvement. Again WTF? They weren't Hindus or Buddhists that flew into the twin towers and the Pentagon they were ALL Muslims. Even Chaplains in the Military are told they can't proselytize And now to add insult to injury  a Christian Cop is forced to attend a meeting in a Mosque despite his objections...IN AMERICA! Where the hell is the ACLU on this?  And why, despite calls from Congress, has Emir Oblahblah refused to take action to try to save a pregnant Sudanese Christian woman from hanging?

I was born in 1947 and although the Progressives had already begun to try to "Fundamental Transform America"  most of our Constitutional Republic was still in tact. But Progressive change is slow; almost imperceptible at times. As Glenn Beck has said many times the difference between Communist Revolution and Evolution is only an "R". Progressives are Marxists with patience while Revolutionaries are Marxists who demand immediate change. Now for all you readers who might want to dismiss my ramblings as a "Right Wing Lunatic Fringe Conspiracy Theory" allow me to provide the foll0wing researched items to backup my position:

 I must summarize here and now because each day new points of contention with the Administration continue to crop up and I keep getting madder and madder. If the 2014 election results in Conservatives retaining the House and winning the Senate and then Emir Oblahblah can be Impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate thanks to Sen. Harry "The Rat" Reid since he removed the rule for the Filibuster. Now it will just require a Simple Majority. I would hope that the rule would be re-instated after the Impeachment proceedings are completed.

By the way "Immigration Reform"  does NOT  include Amnesty nor open borders...And we don't need a President who refuses to enforce our Border Sovereignty [as well as any law he does not agree with; that is his true job as Potus...Enforce LAWS] and who effectively uses archaic legislation to designate desert wasteland as "National Parks" which just opens a corridor to drug and Human traffickers. Speaking of our Borders, why isn't this president demanding that Mexico treat our Marine, Andrew Tahmooressi, with the same regard the Oblahblah Administration has treated the Mexican Military.

That's all I can say and I better stop here before the next Scandal breaks. "I'm mad as Hell and won't take it anymore!" Where's this urgency from our Government? Why doesn't the Marine Corps just invade Mexico and free one of their own? That's how mad I am.
 

Securing our Borders

A lot of discussions have been floating around concerning how to close our borders and I have been one of those people, seemingly crying in the wilderness, saying that our borders need to be secured as the first step in any immigration reform discussion but now I see that is not entirely correct. What good does it do to secure or even completely seal all of our borders if our immigration policies are so bad that we allow easy entry into the USA for our enemies? That part of Immigration reform must be addressed before anything else. The following are steps I argue should be completed prior to any "Immigration Reform Bill"::

1. Delete the "Trusted Traveler Programs"  except for those pertaining to Diplomats because contrary to what the Government wants you to believe, these programs have nothing to do with "Securing America's Borders". These programs only open the floodgates to allow faster access to America and when that access is provided to countries like Saudi Arabia, it only facilitates the ease of entry for American enemies. Remember 15 of the 19 9/11 hijackers were citizens from Saudi Arabia.
2. Replace the Trusted Traveler Programs with a new, "Scrutinize Travelers from these Countries Program" and immediately place all Islamic nations on this list, even if they are our Muslim friends i.e.: Jordan. If your country is on this list your background Must be checked.
3. Reinstate the quota system that was in place prior to Lyndon Johnson's "Hart-Celler Immigration Bill " and repeal the 1965 bill. Tie the quotas into the , "Scrutinize Travelers from these Countries Program" to ensure only cases of Asylum.
4. Re-instate the ICE program that was working when the President shut it down which was catching illegals. If it did not include punishment for the employer of illegals then a bill should be passed to fine and/or provide for jail terms for those hiring Illegal immigrants.
5. Some of the 9/11 attackers were also in America via the Student VISA Program which is currently being reviewed. We need to establish a tracking system to determine once a person is in our country, whether on a student or work visa, they are where they are supposed to be & performing the actions they are in the US to perform.
6. Full Installation of the E-Verify System [as determined by each state & Congress].

These issues must ALL be in place, along with the fence building [already OK'd] , border agent surge & equipment allocation  before any bill to handle Illegals already in our country. Each task needs to be a small bill unto itself written at the 3rd grade English level so anyone [even Politicians] will be able to read and understand them. These bills should each contain provisions for no riders or amendments.and every Senator and Representative must read the bill prior to voting [must abstain if not read]. Also, the Constitution, as defined in Section 7,  Must be followed by originating [includes writing the bill by Congressmen] in either the House or Senate not ANYWHERE else.

Fact Checking Lies Obama told

Wow, where do we begin on this one? Well let's start with the last debate when Governor Mitt Romney said that under President Obama's Administration, approved drilling permits were down 50%. Obama's reply? "Not True". When Mr. Romney then asked "What is the percentage Mr. President ?" The reply was we have produced more oil and gas than at any time in our history. Problem is Governor Romney was speaking about Federally Controlled Lands and although not 50%, it is apparent that the Private Sector produced increased oil and gas in spite of the Obama Administration. Unfortunately for President Obama, the information can be found online at The Bureau of Land Management website and "The Truth Will Set You Free" Blog which displays the following picture providing an indication of Obama's lack of Honesty. 

By the way, the BLM site is a Government site and contains a lot of information including graphs similar to this one, but going back to 1988. Check out the detail for yourself it is quite amazing.

Another untruth straight from the Emperor's mouth was the fact that he had nothing to do with the Military Budget cuts which are to , by law, take place January 1, 2013. According to our Avoider-in-Chief, it was all the fault of Congress and furthermore they weren't going to happen at all. Funny how Barack Obama claims that the Governor is suffering from Romnesia as reported on the Puffington Host  The real victim of Romnesia is Obama himself. As I remember his feeble attempt to shift all blame from himself to Congress was  by setting up a committee to pass a budget since his only proposal went down in flames without a single supporting vote. So President Obama, having failed to even work on the budget while he owned both house of Congress , actually broke Constitutional Law and set up a committee to work on a budget; A "Super-committee" that was doomed from the start [and everyone knew that because of its composition]. Of course that was the idea...fail to get a budget and take Obama off the hook. Then automatic cuts to Military budgets would take place in 2013. 

I wanted to include many more "Untruths" spoken by the President but I am sick and if I want to post this blog prior to the election, I better get it out today, even though no one reads the crap I write about,  Just ask yourself this, you Obama fans, are you going to fall for the same promises he made in 2008 and didn't follow though with? As far as I can see the only promise he did keep was to "Fundamentally transform the United States of America" ...problem is he is transforming it into the United Soviet States of America.

Chicago Style Deal

Wow, have you heard the latest? Lockheed Martin will not deliver Mandatory by Law Required Notifications to about 170,000 employees warning them they will have to be laid off [due to mandatory cuts to our Military Spending starting January 1, 2013] because of nudging by the Obama Administration. Seems that would be bad for the Emperor's re-election so they assured Lockheed that no penalties would arise if the required WARN Notices were not delivered and offered to pay any fines incurred by Lockheed if they were assessed. Are you kidding me? Lockheed is setting the table for Obama's re-election and thereby cutting its own throat. Do you really think the Obama Administration will carry through with its pledge to make any fines "allowable and recoverable”? Hell no. Lockheed will be made the scapegoat and fined for not adhering to the provisions of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notifications act.

Why is this information not all over the evening news or on the front page of every Magazine or in the headlines of every Newspaper or blaring out from every News Radio Station? Because the Lame Stream Media is complicit in the Chicago Style Political antics of the current administration.   You would have thought we had elected Al Capone in 2008 and in a way we did resurrect that criminal mentality as well as the spirits of Adolph Hitler; Josef Stalin and Benito Mussolini.  There are Goons everywhere spying and reporting on the population. The information manipulation of Joseph Goebbels is alive and the driving force of this Administration whose main motto is don’t worry about facts just lie and we will keep repeating that lie until the people believe it is the truth (evidence the President’s continued Tax Cuts offered by Romney when that was corrected in the Debate).

          Well President Obama, Americans today are a little smarter and wiser than those sheep who were led by the notorious villains I mentioned above, at least those who have not forgotten their history. Many of us can see though the thinly veiled disguises of your hooligans and we don’t like what we see…Marxists; Socialists; [Communist in the case of ` ; Ex-Cons [Like Bill Ayers ]; Maoists [like Anita Dunn ]; radicals [like senior White House advisor Valerie Jarrett , former Regulatory Czar  Cass Sunstein  ,  the associate general counsel and Chief Diversity Officer at the Federal Communications Commission  Mark Lloyd and many more.

          Just as I was about to post this article, it was announced by the Labor Department [headed by Labor Secretary Hilda L. Solis ] that the Unemployment Rate had miraculously dropped to 7.8%. Why…? Well because all the Pundits agreed that Obama cannot win if the Unemployment remained over 8%, so it was reported as 7.8%. What kills me is that the actual Unemployment rate, with under-employed and part time workers was 14.7% last month and is the same this month.
