Protecting our Future

Due to the disgusting events that occurred in the city of Parkland, in Broward County, Florida this past Valentines Day, I feel compelled to add my opinion to the myriad of suggestions being offered to deter such situations from occurring in our public schools again. I realize no solution is Fool-Proof, but we can at least minimize the affects of such atrocities. In contrast to many left or right wing solutions being touted, I suggest the answer lies in a multi faceted approach. Therefore, I will lay out he steps I predict should be taken:

• Install a new division of the Department of Education, directly tied to Homeland Security; Protection of School Children. This should actually be the main objective of the Education Department and money allocated to this department should be diverted to this focus with the rest of the Federal Agency just coordinating Education (for student goals, books, teacher qualifications etc.) with the states. The states should also have this new function added to their Departments of Education and fully staff and fund it (50% to be provided by the Federal Government).

• At the same time, hire professional help to review our school's security status. The Israelis seem to have cured the problem of Terrorists attacking their schools and I see no difference between the problems. You don't have to limit the selections to only asking Israelis, but select anyone who has seemed to have a grasp on the problem. These experts should provide a base group of instructors to hold classes for implementers provided by the States. Once the Federal  professionals have a consensus on actions to be taken by any school to provide security for schools of all sizes, they need to hold implementation classes with each corresponding group as provided by the states.

• Now that each state has a trained, security group the individual states' security can be reviewed and appraised. Every school should have armed guards specifically trained in  Child protection. It has been suggested that retired police or military personnel be used and conversely that younger, more exuberant people would be better. I would think that the best, most trustworthy candidates could be found among the parental groups of each school. I'm sure that volunteers from such groups would provide their services for free. The state's Department of Education  should provide intense shooting classes for potential security guards and upon successful completion of such classes, be issued a CCL (Concealed Carry License) and the predetermined weapon (that was used in their training). There should also be periodic, firearm reclassification classes as well as mandatory weekly practice sessions. Local law enforcement could provide trainers and training facilities.

• Each school needs a central command center. This does not have to be physically located at the school, there could be a central location servicing multiple schools. These centers need to be in constant contact with each school security guard during all school hours. Hidden cameras as well as televised drones should be implemented and monitored. Each guard needs to be continually tracked so the officers monitoring cameras can determine the closest guard to respond to potential threats. These monitoring officers will also require intense training in the use of drones, cameras and communications. Again, these officers could be  provided from a pool of students' parents. If this is not possible, then current law enforcement officers or retired law officers and/or military options should be employed. 

•  It will be left up to the individual states to determine how to deploy the security teams and how many need to be assigned to each school. It is also the job of local authorities to determine how to organize and staff command centers  Locals also have to determine how many hidden cameras and/or camera drones each school requires (based on campus size) and if fast response vehicles should be incorporated into the security system of each school. Locals can decide whether to use metal detectors and entry access points etc. Every school district should have access to fast response teams of local and Federal SWAT, medical personnel and police forces. 

• Now we need to discuss the school districts responsibilities in this area. Sometimes each district has a "Problem School" where they send all children that have some kind of issue attending school; Attendance, attitude, drug use, alcohol use etc. Many times these schools have strict security albeit mostly geared to keep students inside rather than keeping anyone outside. I'd suggest that every school district or conglomeration of districts have such a school. And as part of a mental stability staff require either a licensed Psychiatrist(s) and/or licensed Psychologist(s). Any school attempting to expel a student, as Nikolas Jacob Cruz had been form Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, would be required to send the problem student to the designated "Problem School" There, he would have to undergo psychiatric/physiological examination. by its mental stability staff. If this examination determines that a child might have mental issues, the local authorities would be notified and start research to determine if any red flag behavior has been exhibited. As part of this research, the FBI and ATF need to be prompted to determine firearm status of the child (status being ownership of any and all  firearms). 

• The ATF and FBI also have requirements to enable safety in our schools. First, there should be a Federal waiting period for any firearm purchased (this is where all gun organizations and my fellow gun owners will have to bend a little). During this waiting time period, the departments must send a copy of  the ATF form 4473s (required to purchase a firearm) to each state's education system, along with the NICS document generated by the request,  to determine if any troubled student has applied to purchase a firearm. The state departments then need to relay this information to the appropriate school district in which the student resides. There needs to be a firearms by students data base created which can be queried for information by student. This data base should be accessible by all schools, junior colleges and universities within a state. The ATF and FBI must also respond to requests by a school's designated "Problem Schools" when problem students are identified. This data must be in a format conducive to updating the school's database. The student's record(s), if any, would be transferred when a student school transfer (to a different district) is initiated.

Other factors could be included in this student firearm database such as ammunition, since many states already require ID's to purchase ammunition.  This could be a red flag item when an excessive quantity of ammo is purchased. The amount should be determined by the Federal departments and passed along to the state departments. Also, information contained within this database is strictly confidential and should only be distributed if a valid search warrant is issued. The system I have proposed may be expensive but no cost is too much to protect our children, our future.

DACA, Immigration and Government Shutdown

I'm getting real fed up with the Progressives (Not just Democrats but also senators like Jeff Flake and Lindsey Graham) putting Illegal Aliens (and their potential voting power)  ahead of EVERYTHING. Chuck Schumer most have the shortest memory in the history of the Senate. A mere five years ago his comments on shutdown were:this...

Now that Barack Husein Obama is no longer our Potus, Chuck "The Weasel" Flip Flopping Schumer has changed his mind about Government Shutdowns...Especially if Illegal Aliens are involved. All this talk about how important these "DACA Recipients",  "Dreamers" and other potential new Democratic voters are (which they desperately need due to losing so many of their neglected,  women and minority voters. So we fast forward to January 2018 and here's the new Senator Schmuck Flip Flopper's views on shutting down the government under President Trump: (excuse the repetition of 2013 statements)

OK, so Democratic leaders like Schumer and Nancy Pelosi as well, are huge hypocrites. But the purpose of this blog post is not to shed light on the obvious, but to declare the conditions that President Trump should use in resolving the "DACA" issues (I won't say crises because it its not now nor ever has been a crises). There are supposedly around 800,00 Illegals being protected by DACA. We do NOT need any more (as Obama tried to expand in 2014). Here are the following conditions the Republicans MUST demand to "FIX" DACA...

• Rescind the Diversity Lottery System
• End Chain Migration
•  Have Congress pass laws to withhold Federal Funding from Sanctuary Cities and make such designations illegal (for both cities and states)
• Make E-Verify enrollment mandatory for employers with strict fines and penalties for non-conformance
•  Change Immigration criteria to be a merit based system with immigrant limits
• Allow refugees from Religious, Ethnic or Political persecution with strict vetting and immigrant limits per country and in total
  
•  Demand that DACA fix can only apply to current DACA recipients (no retroactive or new applications)
• Only allow current DACA Military a fast track option to citizenship after vetting
• Remove all DACA from program after attaining age of 18 or 21.
• Allow all DACA recipients a Normal path to citizenship after strict vetting
• Allow deportation of any Former DACA recipient not applying for citizenship (or under DACA protection)
• All the money required for building the wall
• Money required for additional Border Control Agents
• Money required for any equipment required by Border Agents
• Promise to address issue of Continuing Resolution to ensure no future situation will exist by imposing end of Fiscal Year deadlines

I'm sure President Trump could probably think of better solutions other than what I have laid out in this statement of mine.

Congressional Sexual Accusation Accountability

The Congressional Sexual Wrongdoings in Congress are the most egregious of all the latest claims of Sexual Harassment  due to Taxpayer Dollars being used to settle these claims. The harassment dollars are paid out via the Office of Compliance or OOC, which was created through the Congressional Accountability Act or CAA. So Congress used a piece of legislation that was supposed to help eliminate harassment of any kind, to secretly payout Taxpayer Dollars (since signed, non-disclosure papers were a required item to obtain settlement payouts) when the rules of the OOC were broken.. The OOC was established and used as a coverup to hid Congressional foul play. Just follow the Office of Compliance Forms link listed on the OOC homepage...And please, someone tell my why do the harassed need to fill out a request for counseling forms, especially when the harasser's do not? Filling out an incident report form would seem to be the logical item required to start an investigation, not counseling! The counseling may come later if after a factual review uncovers no indication of harassment...Well at least to me.

I will not go into whether anyone in Politics is guilty or not. This very short blog entry is only concerned with a horrible misuse of Taxpayer funds. I keep hearing Politicians saying this is wrong and they want legislation to stop it, but that's not enough for me. I want all the miscreants who have used public money, for their own benefit, to have to pay it back to the treasury. I also want the OOC totally bereft of the power to dip into treasury funds to benefit overly, compensated Congressmen.

                                                                                                  

Taxes and Healthcare

If the GOP wants to accomplish both Tax cuts, with simplifications, and Health Care, let me offer a few examples of how their bills should be organized. Before I get into the details, let me remind everyone that both Democrats and RINOs (Republican In Name Only) won't help with either of these desired Legislative changes; Especially those Trump haters who'll do anything to get back to the disgusting Status Quo. I"ll begin with the Tax bill, mainly because that's the proposed bill currently being debated.

Why do these idiots we designated as our House and Senate Representatives insist on NOT making taxes Fair and Equitable? There are two options available for Individual Tax consideration:

1. A National Sales Tax
2. A National Flat Tax 

Either of these two options would make a better proposal than the current Regressive tax plans being formulated in both the House and Senate. Both options have their Pros and Cons; Which I will not discuss here. Then you'd only have to argue about deductions and with either option you could totally eliminate along with most of the IRS functions. Of course some jobs would be eliminated (H&R Block Tax Preparation, IRS Tax Audits, IRS ObamaScare Enforcement officers etc), but think of the trees that will be saved printing all the ridiculous forms that go into preparation and filing. Not to mention the voluminous printed pages of current Tax Codes.

We have a Corporate Income Tax classification, so why not a Small Business Income Tax classification? Then we could remove all Democratic objections as to "income tax breaks for the rich" versus Republican objections to "onerous taxation on small businesses".

And now my biggest contribution to the Tax situation; You HAVE to cut Spending along with the Taxes. In the early 20th Century Republican Presidents knew and followed that axiom. Now Progressives, who infest ALL parties, are only interested in retaining power, accumulating wealth (and never returning any savings) as they pursue their TRUE goal; Driving the US to be a Socialistic Paradise, as every other Socialist/Communist country which has NEVER worked before and never will.

It's time to repeal and replace ObamaScare. Why were so many people interested in accomplishing this end? It's the biggest pile of Horse Manure ever to be perpetrated on a democratic society. This Socialistic ObamaScare garbage has taken the best, although expensive, Health Care in the world and reduced it to a pimp for Medicaid. There are, and have been for a long time, many good ideas floating around Washington, DC (such as portability across State lines, Individuals Group Coverage, Increased use/dollar allocation of/for Health Savings accounts, lawsuit limitations to reduce doctors'  high liability insurance costs, etc.) that could help reduce costs. So why have these not been implemented?

In order to effectively cut spending and aide in  the repeal of ObamaScare, one action that should be taken is removal of Government contributions to Medicaid. This puts each state in charge of it's own collection and disbursement of Medicaid dollars. My reasoning? It's the same as removing State and  Local tax deductions...Using most of America's states, just like state ,city and local tax deductions, to support  Liberally supplied Medicaid of states such as New York, California, New Jersey etc.

And lastly let's examine some totally useless and actually harmful Government agencies such as Swat Teams, Department of Education, the aforementioned IRS, etc. Swat teams, such as those introduced by Barrack Obama are not only expensive, ridiculous  (such as the EPA, USDA swat teams) but also
is unconstitutional as Government provisions of Police forces are NOT a government power detailed within the Constitution. Former President Obama had established over 60 Swat Costly teams.Also there should be some legislation curtailing the amount of "CZARS" (established by George W Bush and gleefully expanded by Barrack Obama) that can be appointed; the amount of money required to maintain each and reinforce the advisory ONLY capabilities of these positions.

Useless departments should either be eliminated or reduced in scope and power. I cite the Department of Education, which in my humble opinion, should only serve as a liaison between all the states for textbooks, education goals, educational teaching credentials etc.Since 1980, our educational Educational ranking in the world has fallen to embarrassing levels of Science, Math and reading according to the PEW Research Center  report of February, 2017...In spite of The Department of Education which was established in 1979 by Democrat Jimmy Carter; During the 1992 term of  Democrat president, Bill Clinton claims multiple legislation bills were enacted, as his library boasts,  for  Expanded Educational opportunities while in 2002, Republican president George W Bush signed into law the no child left behind act. Despite these massively costly expansions of the Education Department, the US has only declined in educational standing and quality of education. 

Why do we need so many immigrants, specially  trained for jobs in Engineering, Technology etc for high paying jobs in the USA? Because we have ignored areas like Science; Math and Reading in our education system. Why are so many people today ignorant of American and World history? The same reason so many are ignorant of our Constitution and form of Government. These items are either not taught or changed to fit the Progressives' agenda. Individual states, with guidance from a slimmer more effective Department of Education, would best know and handle both their schools and health care.

North Korea Counterfeitting

Why should the United States worry about a preemptive strike on North Korea when that rouge nation has already declared war upon us? You didn't hear about it? Well friends believe me when I tell you when one nation counterfeits another countries currency it is viewed the same as "A declaration of War" and North Korea has been doing it to , not only the United States but other nations as well, including China. Kim Jong-il. I'll start this blog with "Inside North Korea's Most Secret Room" If you watch this short YouTube video, you should know what "Bureau 39" is when mentioned in "N. Korean counterfeiting surges as Bureau 39’s checks bounce" (you might also notice how the Irish Government did not  cooperate fully in this matter). This blog entry was written over a year ago by author,  Joshua Stanton , so he might have changed his mind about North Korea being a bigger threat to China than the US given today's situation.

Enter Kim Jong-il's son, Kim Jong-un. aka "Rocket-man" per President Trump, but an overweight person in a country where grass is designated as a vegetable, should be called "Fat-Boy". First because he's Grossly Obese and second his actions don't the description of a "Man" because he's neither an Adult or a Human Person...I rest my case. Anyway, his father was afraid to be dropped by China, but this refugee from a funny farm doesn't care, and so he's desperate to acquire and be feared for his Nuclear arsenal. Fixing Health Care, Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid

Everyone knows Health Care in the US is on its way to complete ruination caused by the Socialistic  ObamaScare health insurance (NOT health care) system. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are all Socialistic programs on their way to bankrupting America...SSA was begun by FDR, so it's been around long enough for my Grandparents to pay into it. Medicare and Medicaid, however,  began when I started working jobs other than paperboy; doing lawn work for neighbors; working as a Lifeguard/Custodian for a Tennis club etc...They began in the year I graduated from High School, 1965. Since Medicaid is in the worst shape and Potus44 put even more pressure on it through its expansion within ObamaScare by increasing its coverage and giving states more money to support the increase.  Of course, Congress, who saddles the tax-paying, middle class with these Bull Sh*t programs, are exempted from all of the garbage they create. Exempt from ObamaScare even though the law was written to include them. If these Socialists' wet dreams are so good, why does congress always try (and usually succeeds) in avoiding participation in these Cluster F**ks?

I know that Potus45, Donald J Trump, could write an executive order mandating congress, actually all government employees, to actively participate in Obama's pinnacle of achievement, his oxymornically entitled Affordable Care Act . That should spur Congress into immediate action on repealing and replacing the ACA, which is a very good start. And if they don't replace it, we'd just be back where we started before Progressives attempted to turn the USA into the USSA (United Socialst States of America). ObamaScare repealed and (maybe) replaced.

The next step should be concerning Medicaid. I fail to see why this POS should even exist. Hospitals and doctors usually won't refuse treatment based on your ability to pay. Most will accept payment plans of very small sums of money per month, for those who actually want to take personal responsibility for their debts. Besides, this does not even belong in the hands of a federal bureaucracy, which has the Midas touch in reverse (for those of you unfamiliar with that term it means everything they touch turns into sh*t). Best example is "The Mustang Ranch" in Nevada. A brothel that was seized for back taxes by the IRS and the FEDs ran it into bankruptcy. Anyone who can't run a business that sells sex and booze should keep out of any type of retail business. My suggestion is to let each state decide who and how much medical assistance its truly needy residents should receive. Then each state can collect whatever "Medicaid" it decides to provide with no funds or control from the Federal Government. That way, if California, New York, or any Progressively led state wants to subsidize laggards and Illegals, no other state will have their money wasted on such moronic behavior. Medicaid solvency accomplished.

Medicare is a slightly different problem. It started out as a Federally supplied health care system that workers and employers, other than government and its employees, were required to provide support by taxation. Upon attaining retirement age, 65 at first, these same employees would be entitled to receive these benefits as long as they lived. Medicare had one problem in common with Social Security, and that was neither took inflation into account for their respective funding. Therefore, early tax revenues were almost always worth less than current dollar value. The only way I can see to fix this problem is to put all Federal employees, especially Congress, under Medicare for their health care. This would be too hard to accomplish for those retired already covered by their own, sweet health care, although it could be done, but for employees not retired it would be simple. First take all of their health care money and put it into Medicare. Then place those employees on Medicare with All of its rules. I'm sure if Congress had to rely solely on Medicare for their health care, a permanent, more equitable health care system would be forthcoming. Medicare solvency and limitations solved.

Finally, let's examine Social Security, the oldest "Entitlement" of them all. I agree that Social Security and Medicare are entitlements because we paid into them, therefore we are entitled to receive them. Medicaid would be an entitlement too, but only for those who paid into it, not the millions of recipients who never contributed a dime to it. The non-contributors and those who receive Welfare are NOT entitled to them, so why are they called "Entitlements"? They are "Freebies", ala Oblahblah cellphones. Things Social Security has in common with Medicare are:

• No provisions for inflation's impact on revenues.
• Both are true "Entitlements.
• Both have Government exemptions.
• Both, like all of the issues discussed today, are rooted in Socialism.

Yet Social Security funds, at first, were protected  because it was a "Trust" fund. Problem was many who paid into this fund never lived long enough to get any payments. This caused a lot of politicians heartburn and headaches. There was money accumulating that they could not lay their grubby little paws upon. Therefore, they decided to amend Social Security to provide survivors benefits, and then they could use peoples' own money to garner appreciation and, more importantly to them, votes.

But they miscalculated and the fund still grew, so they added college tuition to SSA benefits thinking that would certainly bankrupt the SSA Administration, But yet again their efforts were stymied, so then, under the Carter administration, they finally got what they wanted all along; access to the "Trust" fund. Now we have a Social Security fund that is nothing more than a bunch of IOU's and a floundering system. So I suggest we first put the "Trust" back into the Trust fund so no one could "Borrow" it again. Then I'd propose the same solution for Social Security as Medicare's fix; put all the retirement funds for Government (usually PERS) into the Social Security Trust Fund and then place all government employees on SSA with All of its rules. Again, I believe Congress will loathe being on SSA, with all its rules and regulations, so an amiable set of retirement options would be found. Social Security issues solved.


I'd like to close with this thought; The reason we have so many problems and seem to be on a sprint into Socialism is not due to the true Liberals but Progressives in all parties. Remember, they have been trying to 'progressively' change the American Government into a Marxist/Socialist Utopian State (a fantasy which has been attempted many times but never realized because it can't exist). They started in the late 19th century and by the time President Oblahblah was installed as Potus, he figured we had reached the tipping point and his Marxist/Socialist presidency would be the end of our Free Market system. We need to root out the deep-state trouble makers who are responsible for all the leaks and stop President Oblahblah from world governance via the United Nations; his enduring dream. In fact, if you've been blind for four years and haven't noticed, ALL his actions and proposals are base on Re-distribution of wealth. Just another way of taking from those who have (even though they worked for it) and give it to those who don't have (even though they have never worked and just want a free hand-out) which is a main tenant of Marxism. Now, people on ObamaScare say it's great and want to keep it, but those are only people either getting masssive subsedies or on Medicaid. Oblahblah and his cohorts knew that once people started getting free sh*t it's dman hard to get it back. No one talks about is the number of jobs grow, Employer provided Healthcare grows with it.

Barack Obama's Plan B is in operation

Well our illustrious Potus had to resort to Plan "B" 11 days prior to the November 2016 election. Why...? Well, it was looking like Donald J Trump might actually have a chance to win and since President Obama wanted to leave nothing to chance, he changed from Plan "A" to Plan "B".


What was Plan "A" you might ask? That was to wait until the election had finished and having Kill...err...Hillary Clinton win and prior to being sworn in, Loretta Lynch (via commands from above)  would order James Comey of the FBI to recommend indictment on the Clinton Foundation investigation. Mr. Obama did not want to be implicated in the email scandal but he did want to leave the woman unable to perform duties as President of the US thereby giving him the opportunity to serve a third term in spite of the Constitutional ban on such a situation.


Mr. Trump was seen tightening the race. With Wikileaks adding negative reporting on the Clintons thereby weakening her attempt to win while simultaneously increasing his odds for presidential election. Enter Plan "B"...which was timed to occur too close to the election date for the Democrats to be able offer an alternative candidate (Perhaps Pocahontas, I mean Lizzie Warren?). Additionally, early votes had already been cast for Ms. Clinton leaving those votes lost to the Democratic Party. The election would proceed as scheduled and before the winner, no matter who that may be, could be sworn in; The president would declare martial law (if needed) and void the election results stating, if Hillary wins, she would not be able serve due to her indictment. Therefore. being the active Potus, he'd have to serve her term or the country would be left without a leader ignoring the Constitutional Progression which would leave a Republican as Potus (the Speaker of the House Paul Ryan). If The Donald won he would still proclaim the election results null and void due to an unfair election edge that was provided to the GOP candidate by the FBI reopening her email investigation so close the Election Date. He would have his lawyers pronounce this action, caused by Congressional Republican pressure on the FBI director, an Unconstitutional effort to influence the election outcome. The result would be the same as Plan "A". To be able to save himself from testifying in the email scandal, he would probably cite Executive privilege.


The only loser in this election will be the American People.

When Donald Trump says something about a Gold Star Family, it is reported on and talked about ad Nauseum, but you never hear about Hillary Clinton basically calling Sean Smith's mother and the families of the rest of the Benghazi four liars.    This is where I need to point out the differences between Hillary's lies to Gold Star family members and Trump's response to Khizr Khan's speech at the Democratic convention. First we need to look Khan's speech featured below:

Before I go on it might help people to better understand the man, Khizr Khan. Checking out this website should provide some clarity. I might add that although Mr. Khan suffered tremendously by his courageous son's death, a father does not necessarily share views with his offspring (a prime example is Benjamin Franklin and his son William).

Now, let's see how Hillary Clinton treats Gold Star families. Keep in mind she voted for the Iraq war that killed Capt. Humayun Khan,

Now we need to point out a few differences between Donald Trump's views and Hillary Clinton's actual record:

1.  Donald Trump has only talked about restricting refugees from entering the US, so I fail to see the relevance of Mr. Khan's Constitutional question. The Constitution does cover all legal residents, not just citizens, living in America; but it does NOT provide coverage for persons seeking entry into the USA.
2. Mr. Trump had NOTHING to do with the Iraq war so why was he singled out by Khan?
3. Hillary Clinton did vote for the Iraq war, so shouldn't Mr. Khan take exception to  her rather than with Donald Trump?
4. Hillary Clinton had EVERTHING to do with the Libyan war that left the country in shambles allowing Al-Qaeda, and subsequently ISIS, to control their government.
5. Hillary Clinton also had the diplomatic staff at he CIA annex in Benghazi...Why? The US embassy is in Tripoli NOT Benghazi.
6. The following probably outlines why the Benghazi location was used, keeping the embassy out of proceedings, and why all security requests were denied lest attention be drawn to Hillary's gun running operation.
7. Donald J Trump has been mercilessly attacked, by both sides of the aisle, for his comments about stopping Muslim refugees from entering our nation until a proper vetting procedure can be established.
8. Barack Obama's administration has already allowed over 2000 Syrian refugees into our county, without any vetting at all, with 2500 more to join them. DHS director Jeh Johnson has declared all Syrians, no matter their legality of entry, Sanctuary under the 2012 TPS (Temporary Protected Status). As an aside, no one has ever lost their "temporary" status. This protection means anyone covered can obtain a green card and permanent residency...even though they may be Jihadists. The application of this status must be changed to include approval of congress and Potus. The DHS Secretary should not have unfettered access.
9. Not satisfied with Obama's number of un-vetted Syrians 5800 plus 2500 new arrivals), Hillary proposes to cover 65,000 a year additional Syrians under TPS

Are voters really that stupid?

I can understand why the Bernie Sanders'  supporters are so incensed over the Wikileaks email scandal but there were slights to more than just Sanders. What about the rest of the nation, regardless of party, not demonstrating against the "Lame Stream Media" for colluding with the Clinton campaign to shut out Bernie Sanders? Why are Latinos not rebelling against the DNC for hypocritically refering to them as "Taco Bowls"? No wonder Debbie Wassermann Schultz was booed by her own states' (Florida) delegates. Now to distract the Democratic Zombie-like voters, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) is

pushing a wildly,  laughable theory that Russian hackers (this maybe true) were responsible for the leaked emails to help enable a Donald Trump victory (this is doo-doo)! What the F**k are they smoking over there in Obama La-La-Land...Tijuana Gold? Why on God's earth would the Russians want Donald J Trump President of the United States?  Wouldn't a Socialist like Sanders be easier to work with than the "Bellicose" Trump,  as the media have dubbed him? Wasn't it the gullible, easy to mold Hillary Clinton the one who proposed the Russian Reset Button?  I can't imagine anyone easier for Vladimir Putin to be able to handle than  "Crooked", living by her own rules, Hillary Clinton? Hasn't she already "Enriched" the Russians by supplying them with American Uranium while she was Secretary of State? (Notice that the link I provided is from the New York Times. Not exactly a staunch bastion of Conservatism.)  The Clinton campaign should be worried if indeed it were the Russians who hacked the DNC because if that were the case, Moscow had been reading the Democrats' emails for a few years (at least as far back as Clinton's stint in the Obama cabinet).

When Donald J. Trump jokingly suggested, if it was Russia, maybe they could supply us with the 30,000 emails of Hillary Clinton the FBI couldn't find. The Far Left Liberal News Media tried to bury Trump under a pile of caca saying he was "Asking Russia" to hack the DNC. Obviously the Lame Stream media has no sense of humor when it comes to Republicans. These Obama Lap Dogs must really underestimate the intelligence of the American voter (I would have said American Citizen since Constitutionally, only citizens can vote, but that would leave out all the Illegal Aliens in our country who do vote because Progressives, like the Clintons and Obamas, won't permit voter ID check...Even when FREELY provided.) If Russia or China or Iran or North Korea et al. had hacked the DNC, they could only provide the Deleted emails if they performed this hacking while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. Obviously, if our enemies had the ability to hack the DNC, they would have preferred to obtain data from the easier to access private server of Hillary Clinton. After all, Secretary of State email would be more valuable data for them than the lame-brained DNC documents. Which leads us to another pitfall facing the DNC, as well as Hillary. That problem is if the DNC server, which employs a more powerful, robust anti-hacking software, can be breached, how more easily could a home email server, like Hillary used, be plundered?

Why Donald Trump need to be our next Potus

Why should America elect Donald J Trump President of our country this November? There are many reasons but first let me shed light  on one of the most important one for Conservatives, regardless of their party affiliation. That is the appointment of judges to the Supreme Court. Many have said they are not sure of Mr. Trump's conservative credentials. To these critics I say maybe that's true, although I take him at his word that he's looking for conservatives to replace the late Justice Scalia, but just contemplate the choices Hillary Clinton would be considering. Not only should we be concerned with the Scalia replacement, but also the possible openings due to the ages of Ruth Bader Ginsberg (83), Anthony Kennedy (79) and Stephen Breyer (77).

Coupled with Clinton's  Lies, corruption and incompetence (especially her handling of classified information) her Supreme Court Nomination(s) would lead to the complete destruction of the USA as a democratic Republic. We already possess an Executive branch of government that treats itself empirically and a congress that is totally ineffective and useless. The ruination of the Supreme Court would leave Americans with no branch of government representing them. As an aside, to the Trump detractors, I'd like to point out the depleted condition of our Armed Forces under Barack Obama. A Clinton administration would only be a third term for him. I shudder to think of the possibility of Hillary Clinton, President of the United States, working claw in claw with Barack Obama, Secretary-General  of the United Nations...Agenda 21 on steroids.


My next reason for explaining why Mr. Trump should become President Trump fits within the realm of National Security. This is an area that progressives, like Hillary, don't care about the results of their actions if the "ends justify the means". That end is to acquire more voters to swell the rolls of the "Democratic" Party. With such power gained by their bloated, zombie like voting blocs, no Conservative would ever hold sway in the USA again. No Republican or Independent could ever aspire to the country's lowest political position let alone its highest. Donald Trump is the only presidential candidate to ever earn the endorsement of the Border Patrol Agents Union. Not just for building walls and encouraging immigration law enforcement, but also for common sense practices such as restricting admission from enemy countries and by non-vetted asylum seekers. Donald J Trump has also pledged to strengthen our military and stop the insane attacks on our Police forces.  My biggest hope, in this area, is that we would return to, what Liberals have dubbed our old "Draconian", Immigration policies including quotas, restrictions on certain countries and the restoration of Ellis Island(s) for immigration points of access. We used to deny entry access based on a person's health as my maternal Grandmother, who entered via Ellis Island, told me. This may be over the top, but we should at least agree that if we cannot properly vet immigrants they should not be allowed to enter our country.


My final reason for needing The Donald for Potus is my desire to remove money as the primary tool in use for gaining an election win. Mr. Trump has proved that the most money spent is not the deciding factor for winning, but rather the opinion I have long held, and the Clinton campaign only reinforces my belief  that not only do Presidential Elections have strings attached to them, due to money donated, but also gives the impression that the position of Potus is bought, not elected. Of course, Hillary Clinton has no choice but to spend vast sums of money on negative ads condemning Donald Trump in order to win. That's because she has no "Good" record of her own to promote by advertising. What I really don't understand are the rabid supporters she seems to command. Getting away with crimes, bad judgment and lies is nothing compared to her hypocrisy in telling these zombies she'll "make the wealthy pay"  really? In her mind "wealthy" doesn't apply to her $100 million dollars. You can hardly blame her for feeling that way since everyone seems to give her a pass on everything. After all, she is part of the select, elitist company of the ruling class. What's this woman's next  atrocious, egotistical plan? If she has her way, it would be rewriting the Christian Religion.

I Smell a Rat

Something is rotten in Washington, DC and it's not a case decaying fish. I truly believe FBI Director James Comey when he asserted the FBI Investigation was not politically conducted. However, can someone please tell me why Comey did not see fit to investigate Hillary Clinton's testimony, under oath, given to Congress October, 2015 when his findings directly contradict parts of that sworn testimony? Why were GOP Representatives forced to formally request a perjury investigation of Clinton's testimony when it fell under the purview of the FBI email investigation? And what about this gag order placed upon FBI agents to not disclose any information about her case?


Lest anyone think I'm only picking on the Democrats, let us also examine what some Republican "Trump Haters" are attempting to promote. They want to "Unbind" delegates, so I guess this is another case of "government knows best" or maybe just another case of attempting to retain a political "Status Quo". If these empirical reasons for a single digit approval rating succeed, we will no longer live in a true "Democratic Republic" , but rather an oligarchy comprised of the privileged and powerful few (aka Bill and Hillary Clinton, Judges of the Supreme Court, Labor Union Officials, Democratic People's Republic of Korea etc.) Seems like the GOP is trying to activate a system to crown their choice just like all the Barack Hussein Obama bootlickers have been asking to establish.


My last smelly item concerns the myriad of shootings being touted by the progressive gun grabbers in our government (Progressivism is wide spread in the Democratic party but Republicans have their fair share as well). Of course we know that they, and the lame stream media, habitually emphasize only those shootings which would perpetuate their particular ideologues (the previous link references Obama's gun laws by executive fiat). One of the Emperor's "decrees" states a ban on Military style firearms. If the Liberals definition is applied by the gun control fanatics, a Ruger model 10/22 (a .22 rim fire cartridge) would be banned. To understand the significance of this, in Florida's Everglades, where deer hunting is permitted,  no one is allowed to shoot deer with this weapon (check out the fourth bullet point under Prohibited methods and equipment for taking resident game in the previous link) due to the lack of killing power in a ,22 rim fire cartridge. In late 1944, the M2 carbine (a select fire version of the M1 carbine) was produced and, in some circles, was considered an assault weapon while the M1 carbine could not do to the lack of a selective fire switch and a smaller capacity magazine (15 rounds vs 30 rounds). Worthy to note that even the M1 carbine would be banned under Obama's edicts since the magazine capacity is more than 10 rounds. Why all this gun talk under I smell a rat? Because the abhorrent Dallas Police shootings were performed by a US Army veteran (remember; the DHS warring concerning veterans ) of non-Muslim affiliation with an "assault weapon" performed this dastardly deed while the Black Lives Matter group were peacefully demonstrating. What did our storied Potus dwell upon? Gun  laws and the perfectly understandable motives of Black Lives Matter. Even if all the preceding were based in fact, does Mr. Obama not remember the insightful rhetoric of this "Peaceful organization"? Maybe I'm too cynical, but I know the mantra of progressivism is "the ends justify the means"; and considering the use of explosives to rid Texas streets of this vermin, nothing was left to question the Progressive's assertions..


I'll stop my rant here before I truly piss off those wielding the power, but I can only hope you, the reader, will get my drift and fill in the blanks for yourself. After all, this RACIST black man (Not the contradiction of terms our government wants you to believe) had no intention of killing himself like a good terrorist would. Nuff said.

Bill & Hillary's Blackmail Scheme

OK, here's how I see it. Bill Clinton's meeting with AG Loretta Lynch was just a gentle reminder from the Clinton's that if indicted, Hillary will implicate Barack Obama and all in his Administration by calling them as witnesses and asking, under oath, if they knew her servers were unsecure. In other words Blackmail. Then,  when Lynch answered questions about said meeting, claiming all she and Bill talked about was golf and grandchildren, she said she fully expected to follow the FBI's recommendation. Of course that would leave her wiggle room to not follow their recommendation in case FBI Director James Comey (who has a

 history where the Clinton's are concerned) double-crossed her and would recommend an indictment. Make no mistake, Comey did not lie about telling his bosses of his determination, they told him. Do you honestly believe our President would stump for Hillary Clinton if he even thought there might be an indictment? If you do, you are more gullible than the Hilarious...err...I mean "Hillary" supporters. But chin up all you truth seekers, the Clintons  

still have an indictment to elude. The FBI is still investigating their Clinton Foundation "Charity" and if James Comey is upset with all the crap surrounding the e-mail scandal handling, he can rectify the situation with an indictment of the Clintons that they cannot blackmail their way around. If this man is the stalwart apolitical investigator everyone claims, he would leap at the chance. 



Hillary Clinton and the FBI

OK, says the Lame Stream Media, so what if Bill Clinton waited on an airport tarmac for half an hour to speak privately aboard a public jet whose only occupant was
 
Loretta Lynch for thirty minutes. According to both, all that was discussed was G&G (Golf & Grandchildren). Let's forgot for now that Mrs.
Hargrove (nee Lynch) was appointed as a Federal Judge In 1999; she was nominated by then President, Bill Clinton , to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. Forget for the moment that we are supposed to take the word of a man who had his license to practice law suspended (and brother does he ever need the practice) because of admitted wrong practices and giving a false statement in a deposition (Perjury) during the Paula Jones sexual harassment trial?. Was his answer dependent on the definition of "what" "were" and the phrase "talking about" like he said what the "meaning of 'is' is" when asked about his sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky? Are we also supposed to ignore the fact that the FBI is also investigating the Clinton Foundation, and both Bill and Hillary's roles in any "quid pro quo" (or if you prefer "pay for play") process attached to donations?


So both Bill and Loretta knowingly violated prosecutorial ethics by said meeting, even if by chance or accident. If you don't believe it, you only have to go to  the American Bar Association's Standards on Prosecutorial Investigations Standard 2.2 Selective Investigative Tecnique (f) and Bill Clinton is a witness in the Clinton Foundation investigation. Not only should Loretta Lynch have recused herself after such contact, she actually should have done it when the Clinton's were first under investigation due to her history with Bill. If she is going to accept the FBI's decision to indict, why did she not recuse? Her laughing admission (I didn't get the joke; did you?) that the "chance" meeting took place and her Clintonesk response that fully expects to take the FBI recommendation. Wiggle room if ever there was.


Lastly, I'd like to discuss all the talk about Hillary didn't know about this "chance" meeting and that she would be mad at Bill. What a crock of rotten Turkey dung. Do you honestly think Bill and Hillary don't know what each other are doing (politically speaking that is)? Do you honestly believe her Obama-like retort that she found out about it in the News? If you do, I have 60 acres of swampland in Florida that should interest you; no, it's not mine, but I've only sold it six or seven times.

Cummunism in our Government

Our government is riddled with Communists. Most of these purveyors of Socialism call themselves Progressives, with the notable exception of Van Jones who openly admits he's a Communist Revolutionary and explains Progressivism without naming it. Make no mistake Progressivism is Communism and all Communists are Socialists but not all Socialists are Communists (prime example being Fascism which is not Communist but is  Socialist)  True Progressivism is just the implementation of Communism a little bit at a time. Glenn Beck defines the difference between the two as being an "R"; Communism is Revolution and Progressivism is Evolution.

Another tidbit of knowledge you should keep in mind is that the Communists don't identify themselves as Communists or Socialists (too much of a stigma attached to these terms), so in the past they called themselves Progressives. However, when the meaning of that term because too obvious to people, they dropped it and used the "Liberal" label instead. They were not true Liberals but they cloaked themselves in that term and they looked upon true Liberals  as "useful idiots". Once they turned the Liberal label toxic, they reverted back to the term "Progressive".


Another issue we have with the current administration is the number of Muslims pervading our government, the worst case is the main advisor (puppeteer is a better term) to Barack Hussein Obama, Valerie Jarrett. You wonder why the Iran deal was so bad? Look no further than to this woman's country of birth, Iran.  I know this post is about Communists in our government, but the Communists and the Extremist Muslim Fanatics   , although they don't really get along as the Chechens in Russia demonstrate, they will unite to achieve a shared goal of destroying the United States of America. Then and only then will they fight each other for supremacy and the winner will not be relevant to Americans as either one will rule with an iron hand over a Democratic Republic which will no longer exist. When push comes to shove, Barack Obama, Van Jones and Loretta Lynch need to be very wary as many Muslims(especially extremists) believe Muhammad was a white man who owned black slaves.

Returning to the original discussion of Communism in our Government, we need to ensure that "We The People" regain the reins of governance and kick out all those who pose a danger to our Republic This would include more "useful idiots" that have not been discussed as of yet; Those in our Federal Government that do not care about the people or states they are to represent; they only care about power, control and money they command.  They also don't care about their own political parties as long as the status quo can be maintained.


What relay pulls my chain is this Anti-Trump movement being waged by members of the GOP! What they hell are they thinking? Apparently only about their own situations. These "Traitors" apparently don't give a damn about Kill...I mean Hillary Clinton winning this election. OK, so maybe we don't know what we'll get from Donald Trump but you sure as hell know what you'll get from that woman; more of the same as we've been getting since Obama's swearing into office in 2009. She proudly proclaims that she is a progressive woman and we all know what that means.


We must make sure this Communist woman does not get control of our country. All Conservatives must get behind and support Donald Trump. He won the nomination fair and square; he also pledged, as did all his sixteen of his GOP opponents, to support the eventual winner. What happened to that pledge? All I can say we must replace those hypocrites who pressed so hard to get Mr. Trump's pledge and now that Trump has won, have gone back on their word. Mr. Trump was not my first choice; not even second or third, but now that he's won, I support him whole-heartily. No wonder Congress has such a poor approval rating from our citizenship; we are tired of lying, cheating, hypocritical, self-centered crooks who only strive to see what they can get, or get away with, as government officials. We need better non-legislating Supreme Court Justices as well and if Clinton becomes Potus we'll have more radicals legislating from lifetime appointments. We'll lose our Constitution completely as well as all of our true liberties.

24 Islamic Terrorist Attacks and Counting

Under the Obama and Clinton Administration we have suffered from 24 Islamic Terrorist attacks. Going back to Bill Clinton that number increases by even the 911 attacks ( read this ) Remember, 911 took years to plan and George Bush was sworn in late due to recount demanded by Al Gore.


Hillary Clinton is like having Bill on steroids (as far as foreign policy) is concerned. She shares Commissar Obama's view that Assault Weapons should be banned, at least for American patriots. Both are too stupid to realize two vary important items concerning the AR-15 weapon used by Omar Mateen:

1. It is NOT an assault rifle since true assault rifles have a selective fire switch. (The gun grabber Progressive made up their own definition just so they could ban more guns. Under their definition: semi-automatic with a removable magazine, a Ruger 10/22 is an Assault weapon.) A true Assault rifle also needs to fire an intermediate rifle cartridge (NOT a .22 LR which is also a pistol cartridge).
2. The Libiots (Liberal plus Idiots equal Libiots) claim Mateen purchased an Assault Rifle LEGALLY. That is only due to the Gun Grabber's agenda. If a woman claims spousal abuse, the accused (on the accuser's word alone) has any firearms confiscated and cannot legally purchase a firearm (violating about half of our Bill of Rights). So, why is it that someone being watched or investigated  by Any government agency i.e.: FBI, NSA, Military Intelligence, Homeland Security etc., is not awarded the same benefits as a spousal abuser?

Not only are we now allowing 10,000 Syrian refugees to enter the US with no way to effectively vet these people, but Hillary Clinton wants to increase that number to 65,000. I guess she's not satisfied with only four patriot's blood on her hands, she's striving to increase that number. Using her "The ends justify the means" logic, if Americans die (no matter the number), it'll be a good thing if she can advance her gun grabbing agenda. Make no mistake friends, all Obama has done and what Clinton wants to continue have nothing to do with protecting citizens of the USA. They are both ideologues with two main goals in position of Potus:

1. Abolish all guns and all portions of the Constitution they vehemently oppose such as the second amendment; the first amendment as it applies to we peons; the tenth amendment etc.
2. Retain Democratic control of our government since only radical progressives now run that party to which I used to belong (no conservatives or plain liberals wanted or allowed).

I'll end with this statement of Charlie Rangel (D,NY) that proves the arrogance and designs of Democrats when it comes to firearms. Looks like they treat the second amendment like the first...That is you can say it if they agree with you, otherwise es ist verboten!
