OK, says the Lame Stream Media, so what if Bill Clinton waited on an airport tarmac for half an hour to speak privately aboard a public jet whose only occupant was
 
Loretta Lynch for thirty minutes. According to both, all that was discussed was G&G (Golf & Grandchildren). Let's forgot for now that Mrs.
Hargrove (nee Lynch) was appointed as a Federal Judge In 1999; she was nominated by then President, Bill Clinton , to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. Forget for the moment that we are supposed to take the word of a man who had his license to practice law suspended (and brother does he ever need the practice) because of admitted wrong practices and giving a false statement in a deposition (Perjury) during the Paula Jones sexual harassment trial?. Was his answer dependent on the definition of "what" "were" and the phrase "talking about" like he said what the "meaning of 'is' is" when asked about his sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky? Are we also supposed to ignore the fact that the FBI is also investigating the Clinton Foundation, and both Bill and Hillary's roles in any "quid pro quo" (or if you prefer "pay for play") process attached to donations?


So both Bill and Loretta knowingly violated prosecutorial ethics by said meeting, even if by chance or accident. If you don't believe it, you only have to go to  the American Bar Association's Standards on Prosecutorial Investigations Standard 2.2 Selective Investigative Tecnique (f) and Bill Clinton is a witness in the Clinton Foundation investigation. Not only should Loretta Lynch have recused herself after such contact, she actually should have done it when the Clinton's were first under investigation due to her history with Bill. If she is going to accept the FBI's decision to indict, why did she not recuse? Her laughing admission (I didn't get the joke; did you?) that the "chance" meeting took place and her Clintonesk response that fully expects to take the FBI recommendation. Wiggle room if ever there was.


Lastly, I'd like to discuss all the talk about Hillary didn't know about this "chance" meeting and that she would be mad at Bill. What a crock of rotten Turkey dung. Do you honestly think Bill and Hillary don't know what each other are doing (politically speaking that is)? Do you honestly believe her Obama-like retort that she found out about it in the News? If you do, I have 60 acres of swampland in Florida that should interest you; no, it's not mine, but I've only sold it six or seven times.

Cummunism in our Government

Our government is riddled with Communists. Most of these purveyors of Socialism call themselves Progressives, with the notable exception of Van Jones who openly admits he's a Communist Revolutionary and explains Progressivism without naming it. Make no mistake Progressivism is Communism and all Communists are Socialists but not all Socialists are Communists (prime example being Fascism which is not Communist but is  Socialist)  True Progressivism is just the implementation of Communism a little bit at a time. Glenn Beck defines the difference between the two as being an "R"; Communism is Revolution and Progressivism is Evolution.

Another tidbit of knowledge you should keep in mind is that the Communists don't identify themselves as Communists or Socialists (too much of a stigma attached to these terms), so in the past they called themselves Progressives. However, when the meaning of that term because too obvious to people, they dropped it and used the "Liberal" label instead. They were not true Liberals but they cloaked themselves in that term and they looked upon true Liberals  as "useful idiots". Once they turned the Liberal label toxic, they reverted back to the term "Progressive".


Another issue we have with the current administration is the number of Muslims pervading our government, the worst case is the main advisor (puppeteer is a better term) to Barack Hussein Obama, Valerie Jarrett. You wonder why the Iran deal was so bad? Look no further than to this woman's country of birth, Iran.  I know this post is about Communists in our government, but the Communists and the Extremist Muslim Fanatics   , although they don't really get along as the Chechens in Russia demonstrate, they will unite to achieve a shared goal of destroying the United States of America. Then and only then will they fight each other for supremacy and the winner will not be relevant to Americans as either one will rule with an iron hand over a Democratic Republic which will no longer exist. When push comes to shove, Barack Obama, Van Jones and Loretta Lynch need to be very wary as many Muslims(especially extremists) believe Muhammad was a white man who owned black slaves.

Returning to the original discussion of Communism in our Government, we need to ensure that "We The People" regain the reins of governance and kick out all those who pose a danger to our Republic This would include more "useful idiots" that have not been discussed as of yet; Those in our Federal Government that do not care about the people or states they are to represent; they only care about power, control and money they command.  They also don't care about their own political parties as long as the status quo can be maintained.


What relay pulls my chain is this Anti-Trump movement being waged by members of the GOP! What they hell are they thinking? Apparently only about their own situations. These "Traitors" apparently don't give a damn about Kill...I mean Hillary Clinton winning this election. OK, so maybe we don't know what we'll get from Donald Trump but you sure as hell know what you'll get from that woman; more of the same as we've been getting since Obama's swearing into office in 2009. She proudly proclaims that she is a progressive woman and we all know what that means.


We must make sure this Communist woman does not get control of our country. All Conservatives must get behind and support Donald Trump. He won the nomination fair and square; he also pledged, as did all his sixteen of his GOP opponents, to support the eventual winner. What happened to that pledge? All I can say we must replace those hypocrites who pressed so hard to get Mr. Trump's pledge and now that Trump has won, have gone back on their word. Mr. Trump was not my first choice; not even second or third, but now that he's won, I support him whole-heartily. No wonder Congress has such a poor approval rating from our citizenship; we are tired of lying, cheating, hypocritical, self-centered crooks who only strive to see what they can get, or get away with, as government officials. We need better non-legislating Supreme Court Justices as well and if Clinton becomes Potus we'll have more radicals legislating from lifetime appointments. We'll lose our Constitution completely as well as all of our true liberties.

24 Islamic Terrorist Attacks and Counting

Under the Obama and Clinton Administration we have suffered from 24 Islamic Terrorist attacks. Going back to Bill Clinton that number increases by even the 911 attacks ( read this ) Remember, 911 took years to plan and George Bush was sworn in late due to recount demanded by Al Gore.


Hillary Clinton is like having Bill on steroids (as far as foreign policy) is concerned. She shares Commissar Obama's view that Assault Weapons should be banned, at least for American patriots. Both are too stupid to realize two vary important items concerning the AR-15 weapon used by Omar Mateen:

1. It is NOT an assault rifle since true assault rifles have a selective fire switch. (The gun grabber Progressive made up their own definition just so they could ban more guns. Under their definition: semi-automatic with a removable magazine, a Ruger 10/22 is an Assault weapon.) A true Assault rifle also needs to fire an intermediate rifle cartridge (NOT a .22 LR which is also a pistol cartridge).
2. The Libiots (Liberal plus Idiots equal Libiots) claim Mateen purchased an Assault Rifle LEGALLY. That is only due to the Gun Grabber's agenda. If a woman claims spousal abuse, the accused (on the accuser's word alone) has any firearms confiscated and cannot legally purchase a firearm (violating about half of our Bill of Rights). So, why is it that someone being watched or investigated  by Any government agency i.e.: FBI, NSA, Military Intelligence, Homeland Security etc., is not awarded the same benefits as a spousal abuser?

Not only are we now allowing 10,000 Syrian refugees to enter the US with no way to effectively vet these people, but Hillary Clinton wants to increase that number to 65,000. I guess she's not satisfied with only four patriot's blood on her hands, she's striving to increase that number. Using her "The ends justify the means" logic, if Americans die (no matter the number), it'll be a good thing if she can advance her gun grabbing agenda. Make no mistake friends, all Obama has done and what Clinton wants to continue have nothing to do with protecting citizens of the USA. They are both ideologues with two main goals in position of Potus:

1. Abolish all guns and all portions of the Constitution they vehemently oppose such as the second amendment; the first amendment as it applies to we peons; the tenth amendment etc.
2. Retain Democratic control of our government since only radical progressives now run that party to which I used to belong (no conservatives or plain liberals wanted or allowed).

I'll end with this statement of Charlie Rangel (D,NY) that proves the arrogance and designs of Democrats when it comes to firearms. Looks like they treat the second amendment like the first...That is you can say it if they agree with you, otherwise es ist verboten!

 

Issues 2016 Candidates must Address

8 Issues to Address for 2016 Election

• Restore America's Place in the World
• "Entitlements"
• Decrease the size of Federal Government
• Restoration of the Constitution
• Establish Term Limits
• Improve Citizen Protection
• Remove Obstacles to Business growth
• Call it what it is

The above eight issues should be addressed by ALL candidates vying to become Potus in the 2016 Presidential Election. I did not number them as all are important and should be addressed as soon as possible, some possibly simultaneously. I will define these issues as I listed them above for simplicity not out of importance. It should be noted many of these issues may be addressed by solutions for other issues.

• Restore America's Place in the World:

America has fallen from it's place as the most respected, listened to, trustworthy and feared Country in the world.  The only way to restore America's place in the world is to remove the Progressives. Islamic Radicals, Useful Idiots and restore our Military to it's rightful strength. It is important to know that military strength is not necessarily for waging war but it IS a deterrent to hostile, war-like actions as those taken by Russia against Ukraine; N Korea against S Korea etc. Do you actually believe Russia would have invaded the Ukraine if Barack Obama hadn't announced plans to remove missiles from Europe or that our A-10 wart hog (which the Russian military being tank heavy deeply fears) would be removed from production? Do you honestly believe ANY Middle Eastern country would worry about American intervention when Obama issued how many red lines crossed warnings to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad without EVER doing ANYTHING? What kind of faith does this install in our Allies in the region? Or anyplace else in the world for that matter?

• "Entitlements":

Once and for all we need to set the record straight on the issue of what is an entitlement? Progressives in fact all politicians love to group Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare payments and Food Stamps all together. In fact only Medicare and Social Security are entitlements for those who paid into them. Why, because they did pay for it therefore they are entitled to receive it. All the rest are strictly handouts that no one is entitled to receive no matter what Politians may say. What's worse is the people entitled to received Social Security are the only ones entitled to receive Medicaid because they also paid into it. Furthermore, all the BS concerning the Social Security Trust Fund running out of money is due more to politicians changing the rules and borrowing from it. A drawer full of IOU's doesn't pay the bills. Being the brainchild of another progressive, FDR, it was mandatory for most poor slobs like me; didn't factor in inflation and wasn't meant for survivor benefits, just payees.

• Decrease the size of Federal Government:

Our Founding Fathers had endured massive sized governments in Europe and were vehemently opposed to creating such humongous governing bodies here. That is one thing that our glorious "Constitutional Lawyer" of a Potus has correctly identified...The Constitution is based on Limiting the size and scope of the Federal government . How does a "Living Document" intend to interpret this? No change required thank you. Not even with the passage of Millenniums changes this purpose and scope. The larger a Federal Government grows, the less empowered are its people and the citizens should rule not by an oligarchy of self-centered, corrupt and greedy power mongers we currently endure. How many czars do we now have? How many illegal SWAT Teams? How many organizations that were only to advise that now have total control, like the EPA, which was not supposed to have any power to enforce or make laws, yet has its own SWAT Team? Why? The only logical explanation is Obama's stated wish to have his own civilian force as well armed and trained as the Military which progressives have been chipping away at for decades. Mussolini did this so did Hitler and Stalin and all other paranoid Socialists in the past. Hey, it worked for them; why not for Obama?

• Restore our Constitution:

Why you mean you ask me? Our Constitution is OK. No friends, it's been perverted down through the years by Socialist, Progressive, Communist (whatever you choose to call them) enemies of the United States.  The Constitution is not a "living" document to be interrupted any way some activist judge wants. It says what it means and means what it says. Nowhere within its framing will you find the term "separation of church and state". Activist jurors who love to exceed their authority and basically legislate from the bench have decided this is to be the law of the land. It needs to be pointed out that not even the Supreme Court is allowed to defy the Constitution by enacting law. Neither they nor the President have that authority. It is strictly the job of Congress to enact legislation and therefore, any law enacted by the Scotus or Potus is unjust and is NOT the "Law of the Land". And using Federal authority to regulate interstate commerce does not include  our government's broadened, "out of scope" use to force Citizens to purchase a commodity as it did with Obamacare.

• Establish term limits:

All branches of our Federal government need to have term limits applied, not solely the Presidency. I would suggest two terms for Senators which corresponds to a twelve year limit. Applying that logic to the House of Representatives would mean a six term limit or twelve years. The Supreme Court Judges should not be for life, but rather for a term of twelve years. That way activist and Ideologue judges would have to answer for their actions at some point in time. Finally, I see no reason to change the current term limit for the Potus. Too many terms seem to inspire delusions of grandeur as was evident with FDR and therefore the reason for establishing limits in the first place.

• Improve citizen security:

I placed this security issue here, not for lack of importance but due to the fact it required prior bullets to be in place beforehand. Next we require border security. No country today has an open border policy except for The United States under our present administration. Progressives in our country are running rampant. Why such a push to foster policies so detrimental to America's Security? Well, there are many reasons. First let's examine those that are shared by the useful idiots in the Democratic party. Not necessarily those, like Barak Obama, who wish to destroy The United States or in his terms "Fundamentally transform" America. Those motive are really just one...And that is to ensure that the Democratic party rules the USA Ad Infinitum. Both parties would love that situation, but unfortunately, Liberals seem to adhere to the core philosophy of the Progressives, to wit: "The ends justifies the means".  This includes padding the voting rolls with illegals and ensuring no action be taken that would identify illegal voting which also includes the dead and multiple votes. Therefore, the Democrats vehemently oppose any kind of voter vetting so they can lock in all the illegal votes garnered by loose immigration policy. Unfortunately, this immigration policy or lack thereof, also fits into the plans of Ideologues, like Obama and Clinton, who actually WANT harm, via gun violence, to befall our nation to abet their Gun Grabbing agenda. Obama wants the UN small arms treaty to supersede our Second Amendment effectively neutering this part of our Constitution. Of course, this would have no affect on Criminals or Islamic Terrorists (remember harshest gun control lawed nations France and Belgium?). We need the following:

1. Secure the borders (stop paying to return Illegals home)
2. Re-open Ellis Island and install similar points country wide
3. Enforce Immigration Laws
4. Remove Unconstitutional "Sanctuary Cities" status
• Fines (Communities and Ruling Officials)
• Jailing of ruling officials
• Removal of ALL Federal monies
5. RE-establish Immigration rules covering Quotas and bans on certain countries
6. Increase the number of Border Control agents
7. Re-establish ICE enforcement which HAD been working
8. Empower border community law enforcement to assist border agents
9. Imprison Repeat offenders (using money saved by NOT paying to return Illegals)

• Remove Obstacles to business growth

One of our problems today is the subject being touted by Donald Trump and that is the benefit companies receive from moving their operations (and OUR jobs) outside the USA. These include, but not limited to:

• Lower wages
• More favorable tax structures
• No import tax liability (tariffs)
• Monetary exchange rates

Another huge problem we have under the Obama Administration are the myriad of regulations thrust upon our Small Businesses which, as often quoted by Obama, are the backbone of our jobs growth, hinder and in some cases actually stop small business growth. Read this article posted by US News & World Report about the Obama Regulations.
Also killing Business growth in our nation are actions taken by the EPA to placate Militant Environmentalists without regard to the human suffering it may cause. I specifically refer to the draught in California exponentially increased due to protection afforded the small Delta Smelt. The original issue concerned the filters used when the water was turned on for farming had mesh comprised of openings that were too large for these fish entrapping them and as a result were killing or maiming a protected species. The EPA's solution was to turn off the water to the San Joaquin Valley reverting it back to the dessert it was prior to irrigation putting farms and farm workers out of business in the "Breadbasket" of America. That situation still exists today without any attempt to develop a better filter curing the original problem without the harm caused to the millions of Americans affected by this mismanagement of the situation by the EPA and consequently Obama's administration

• Finally let's identify the existing situation by name

The current administration as well as Mrs Clinton refuse to name Radical Islamic Terrorists as a problem facing the very existence of our beloved (or is that beleaguered) country. Even the Department of Homeland Security is not allowed to use that phrase. You know, the same organization that classified our returning Veteran Heroes as Terrorists? The same department that classifies Tea Party Patriots as Terrorists?  The same department that views proponents of the Second Amendment as Terrorists?  And yet they won't identify Radical Islamists as Terrorists? The same radical group that vows and strives for America's destruction aren't Terrorists? What a crock of Horse dung. We didn't call Hitler or Mussolini an overseas contingency problem did we? No we called them what they were, fascists and not even our enemies called us Racists for that. I wonder why this administration, Hillary Clinton and the Democrats are so focused on Gun Control when Barack Obama insisted that Global Warming was the biggest threat we faced today? Where were all the filibusters by the Democrats to get Republicans to enact legislation to prevent Global Warming? None to be found because Global Warming is nothing but smoke and mirrors. Did man cause the last Great Ice Age? No, in fact Man did not cause any of the ice ages as they were all due to cyclic Earth weather conditions. Obama, his minions and Hillary Clinton all refuse to identify this issue for what it is because that does NOT fit their false narrative that Gun Control is the answer. End of rant

Notice for all Gun Control FREAKS

This is directed towards Barrack Obama, Hillary Clinton and the rest of you Second Amendment abolisher supporters no matter what political affiliation to which you claim to adhere. Why did our Founders place such importance on our right to keep and bear arms? First amendment rights cannot be guaranteed without it. The Revolution, as we know it, could not have taken place without private ownership of firearms. This right was not allowed in Europe for the common man. Only the aristocrats and nobility were accorded such gun ownership. Just in case you forgot what the exact wording of the amendment, I will re-publish it here in its entirety, to wit:

Amendment II.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

That's it folks. I guess I missed the part about it pertaining ONLY to hunting. The "Militia" was NOT the armed forces. Nor was it the National Guard (which did not even exist back then and since our current armed forces have been so brutally reduced in size by the same politicians who now want to disarm US citizens, has been used to augment the armed forces to the nth degree). Just in case you are one of those who say this amendment was only meant for hunting or military, how about these from our founding fathers?

Now let's get back to our Fraud-in-chief's attack on the Second Amendment. Of course he is not alone. All the Progressive A-Holes as Killary Clinton, Harry "The Rat" Reid, Chuck "The Weasel" Schumer, Nancy "The Queen" Pelosi, Lizzie "Pocahontas" Warren Barbara "The Armed" Boxer et all back our so called Commander-in-Chief.  One thing all of this Scum have in common:  Armed Secret Service protection. How about removing that protection before we discuss dis-arming the American Citizen? How about retrieving all the guns (especially those pesky Fully automatic firearms) sent to Mexico by Fast & Furious before any talk of more Gun Laws. How about telling DHS director, Jeh Johnson, to do the job his department was created to do instead of kissing Obama's Socialistic ASS? What was that you say? To foster cooperation between Federal agencies. The FBI should have told DHS about the Mateen issue and they in turn should have notified the ATF to block all gun purchases by this demon. Forget this crap about the no fly list, this would have been easier and cleaner. Of course Jerk-O Obama has made sure none of our Government agencies work properly. Which is NOT  incompetence but by plan. Everything he's done has been to make us unsafe as possible. He wants gun killings to occur so he can keep hammering on gun control. Remember, as one of his closest advisors and friend Bill "The Weatherman Killer" Ayers was quoted by the FBI as saying 25 million American who could NOT be indoctrinated would be eliminated. This is the same "The ends justify the means"  philosophy which Obama follows. Two more points and then I'll I'll wrap up this rant...

1. Apparently, none of these ignoramuses have considered the fact that some of the toughest gun laws in the world exist in France and Belgium but these laws did NOT protect these countries from Radical Islam Terrorist shootings.
2. I didn't know that guns were causing Climate Change. They must be or Obama wouldn't be so fixated on guns and rather would be fixated on Climate Change prevention since his assertion that this is the greatest danger we face.

President Still Doesn't Get It

It sickens me to hear Barack Obama claim he is only following Military Protocol of not leaving anyone behind and offers no apologies for his swap of five Taliban Gitmo Detainees for Sgt Bowe Bergdahl. Why does it sicken me? Because he left four Americans behind to die in Libya that's why.

 We keep getting Arrogance from this Administration that wants us to believe they know more than soldiers in his Platoon...That's why. According to Allen West, a vet and former congressman I have much admiration for, we treat our captured enemies better than our Vets...That's why.  Because I can't get rid of anything I might tweet...EVER and yet Robert Bergdahl, Bowe's father, has a disturbing tweet erased from his file...That's why; enough of the lies and distortions from this administration. Obama planned to close Guantanamo Bay at ANY cost. 

Since I am a conspiracy theorist, I will close with the following suggestion for anyone reading this post.There have been proposed explanations for this SWAP and both are probably true. First there was an attempt to free prisoners that the Obama Administration was going to free anyway and the second was they decided it wouldn't look so bad if they wrapped it around the rescue of a captured US Soldier. 

Mine is that Emir Oblahblah is flexing his muscles; defying the laws of our Constitutional Republic

and pushing the American People towards a shooting revolution. If no revolution is generated he will own a pathway towards declaring himself Emperor or indeed Emir at the worst and at best our government will be replaced by a Marxist Islamic Socialistic Nation. By watching the military, police and sheriff's reactions to a revolution against him, he will be able to use his "Private Civilian Army" to enforce his will and weed out any opposition. The result will be the same; our Constitutional Republic will be a dream of the past.

PS - I Just discovered, in the latest reporting on Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, that not only did he leave his post at least once [or maybe twice] before this incident, he converted to Islam while in captivity.

 

This is disturbing

OK, first Kudos to the Onama Administration for finally getting Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl freed from the Taliban. That being said this swap from Guantánamo Bay seems to have raised more questions than it answered:

• Did President Obama break the law concerning Transfers from Guantánamo Bay?

• Was this Swap indicative of negotiating with terrorists?

• Did the 5 Taliban prisoners have to be the most dangerous? 

• Was the Prisoner Swap politically Motivated?

• Was this Swap a promise kept or a morale hazard?

• Did Pfc. Bergdahl desert from his unit?   

[Did CBS delete his emails from two years ago? Or did they just realize they wanted to forget to make Obama look good?]

Since the Obama Administration worked so hard to recover a captive Soldier, why is the Marine held by the Mexican  government totally ignored? His release should be a no-brainer as one of my followers said in twitter: "We could offer Mexico millions of Illegals for the return of Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi!" We would still have millions left for the next Mexican outrage.
